The "light of the World" I perceived 1971 in Salzburg/Austria.
After spending 15 years of Youth in Bad Gastein I was moving to Salzburg City in 1986.
Travelling through Australia en Africa inspired me to express myself through painting.

The urge for new inspiration has brought me in 2000 to the colorful world of Amsterdam
where the Yin Yang was completed.
In 2003 I started with pregnancy yoga, followed by Hatha Yoga.
After 4 years Hatha Yoga it didn't bring me the full
satisfaction
I was seeking for.
So I started with the "spicy"
Kundalini Yoga.
This sort of Yoga felt so great for me that I followed the
international teacher
training
in 2007
at the
Yoga
Lifestyle Studio in Amsterdam.
At this time I request my spiritual name, which is specially and personally chosen
for you.
I have gotten the name Guru Gian Kaur which means:
